I purchased 6 Margie Black dining chairs at the Black Friday Sale. They arrived and did not suit our dining area so I asked for a return knowing that the chairs were discounted and offered to repay shipping and accept a store credit. I was told no way. I have purchased several items from Interior Secrets and unfortunately haven't finished shopping. I was prepared to take the loss to return them given we don't have a use for them, instead I was disappointed there was no compromise as the non refund is at their discretion.... read more
