Went there to switch bank and open one at interior. Got turned away the guy at the counter was on his phone, rudely said i could do it online and didnt bother to explain how. Then just sat there staring at me, and when i started to walk away he instantly went back on his phone. Worst service i have ever received. If i could give them 0 stars i would i wouldnt recommend this bank to anyone i know. THIS BANK IS A JOKE!

Never would recommend this credit union to anyone after this interaction from one staff member. Customers for thirty plus years and one call from my wife to the orchard park branch today to ask for help in $300 of fees they took in one day resulted in being lectured and insulted on a birthday gift purchase we made for son as being frivolous and irresponsible. “We looked at what you bought you know!” this person said to her!”We can see where you spend your money you know!” Oh my goodness a shirt for a birthday gift to our son... read more
