This is a fraudulent company and Tysons Corner Mall should also be held liable for allowing them to continue to scam customers. We ordered a couch in 2022 and paid $4,993 but they never delivered the couch and refused to give us a refund. Then they filed for bankruptcy and stopped communicating with us. So we got scammed for $5K. Now they are back in business and still scamming people in the Tysons Corner Mall. It's unbelievable.
We cannot be more ecstatic about our experience with Maico and Sarah at Interior Define McLean and we love the couch we bought (the Skylar with chaise). After months of searching with no success for a couch with a tall enough back for my 6’3’’ husband that didn’t look stodgy or like it was from a big box store, we came across Interior Define. Beautiful couches and very helpful to see in person. The two couches I was considering from browsing online weren’t as comfortable as I’d hoped, but I found one I did like. Be aware: if you want help make an appointment. If you stop in and want to ask questions, but the sole employee has an appointment you’ll be left ignored until the hour long appointment ends.
