I write to commend the two sales persons with whom I worked for more than a week to get a sectional. They were so diligent in following up, so patient and helpful in addressing my concerns, and so thoughtful to check in on me to see if I needed anything as I weighed whether I would purchase the sofa. Sameera is incredible!!! I worked with her over the summer to get a Sloane sectional and it turned out so perfect. She helped me customize the perfect length. This is in the Celadon performance velvet! I love it so much I’m buying the Sloane Accent Chair for my office!
Not impressed with the quality or customer service.... We visited the showroom and saw a beautiful couch on the floor. We worked with a designer in the store and ordered the same design as the floor model we saw. Unfortunately, as soon as we placed the order and shelled out over $5k for the couch, the issues started. I can not express how much I appreciate Sameera and Interior Define. I am doing a facelift to my living area and in need of a new couch. Had an amaazing experience purchasing a new sectional at Interior Define at the Tysons location. There are so many great options, and the couches are all comfortable and high quality. We worked with Maico who was absolutely incredible. He was so knowledgeable about every detail on all of the couch options, configurations, sizes, and materials.
