It was so nice to be able to see and sit on the Interior Define sofas before buying. Sales person Sameera Tanveer was so warm and knowledgeable. We found just what we wanted and now we just wait for the sofa to be completed and delivered.
This was my first time in Interior Define. The store is bright and inviting. What impressed me the most was the customer service I received from Maico their design expert. He had complete product knowledge and offered helpful information on style and form. Due to his friendly customer service and in depth knowledge, I will be returning and will happily recommend Interior Define and Marco.
Maico was a huge help and we're excited to see our new furniture! He kept in mind all of our needs for our space and was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly.
This is a fraudulent company and Tysons Corner Mall should also be held liable for allowing them to continue to scam customers. We ordered a couch in 2022 and paid $4,993 but they never delivered the couch and refused to give us a refund. Then they filed for bankruptcy and stopped communicating with us. So we got scammed for $5K. Now they are back in business and still scamming people in the Tysons Corner Mall. It's unbelievable.
