We ordered a James sectional and a Lawson swivel chair last summer from the Tysons location. Overall, the furniture is fine, but I feel like we paid too much for what we got and the business practices are a little shady. We recently bought furniture from a local place and had a much better experience so we will be doing that in the future. POSITIVE: Both pieces look nice and are comfortable. Bought my first couch recently and had a great experience with Sameera! She was so easy to work with and was very patient in answering my (many) questions. Furniture shopping can be intimidating when you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for and she made it feel straightforward! Very happy with the couch and the overall experience.
Don’t buy your stuff here…..it’s a headache
