Terrible company with awful customer service.
The Design Experts are phenomenal! Whenever, I needed assistance (typically late evenings) I was always able to speak with a person not an AI bot! Maico answered all my questions; was thorough and professional when I was in need of assistance at 10:30pm. Looking forward to my custom furniture!
Excellent customer service! The employees went above and beyond to help me. The staff was knowledgeable and patient. They helped me find exactly what I needed and made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. The employees worked together efficiently and treated customers with respect and enthusiasm. Elisa Jones and Maico Vergara and another assistant were especially kind and patient.
I worked with Sameera who was always in close contact and held my hand every step of the way. My sectional and rug are incredible quality, beautiful and comfortable, and even having pets, I know will hold up for many years to come. Sectional was well worth the wait; I couldn't be happier that I went with Interior Define over some other companies which are certainly good but the style here is sleek sophistication.
