I absolutely love my new custom velvet furniture from Interior Define. It's comfortable, well-made, and the fabric is gorgeous. Delivery did take a while and reaching Customer Service proved difficult at times, but luckily I was able to connect with Christina Bible on the design team who was so incredibly nice and helpful. She helped me get delivery updates multiple times even though she's in a different department. The world needs more people like Christina, and more quality custom furniture like Interior Define.
My Design Expert, Christina, was amazing. I had endless questions and she was always on it with all the info I requested. It was a pleasure to work with her. These decisions on large purchases always stress me out but with her guidance and support it was easy!
