Fantastic experience from start to finish. The showroom had a great selection of modern and classic pieces, all high quality and reasonably priced. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. Delivery was on time and the furniture arrived in perfect condition. I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely return for future home updates.
I had the most amazing experience ordering my living room furniture in the Boston, MA store! Eric was so helpful showing me all the different furniture and fabrics! He explained which fabrics would work best for the lifestyle of my family and he allowed me to actually sit in the different couches and chairs available to see which felt most comfortable to me. The fabric is exactly what we hoped for: cool to the touch but still cozy, with that subtle texture that feels modern without being precious. The hybrid cushions are the real star—supportive enough to feel supportive, but with just the right softness when you settle in.
