I have had the best customer service of my life with Interior Define and especially with my design consultant Heaven in Boston Mass. She was brilliant, articulate, and understood the company and the process and everything in between. This company really hires great people and its obvious they love their work. Heaven had answers to everything and was extremely helpful in getting my order completed. She was available, professional and a pleasure to speak with.....very rare these days! Shopping for furniture can be exciting—but also a little overwhelming, especially when you're dealing with a complex order. My visit to Interior define was the most seamless and enjoyable experience thanks to Stephanie and Eric. Stephanie patiently answered all of my questions and made excellent suggestions for sofas and accent chairs. She worked with me to go through styles, fabric and cushion options. Eric was able to provide a mock up of the items I was thinking of in the store during my visit, providing valuable insights for dimensions and product placement. I’ve had their Sloan sofa for 8 years and it’s great. Just bought a new sectional at this location and the staff were friendly and very helpful—it was great to be able to test all the options. Highly recommend!
