Interior Define are flat out liars. We bought a couch from a local store, and were told by the Sales Associate to expect 4-6 weeks for delivery. We were then informed weeks after purchase that the actual expected delivery window was 10-16 weeks. We reported this to the customer service line who stated that the associate lied and said, "she would never tell a customer such a short delivery window." My husband and I came into Interior Define in Edina, MN to "just look at options for our very particular space." We were greeted by Angela Sunder who was friendly, super helpful and patient . We talked through our issues with the space, dimensions and what vibe and material we were thinking about. Angela came up with solutions and options we hadn't even thought about. Zoé with Interior Define made the ordering process so easy. I needed more time to get a fabric selected for my new sofa. She created a quote with the Buy Now Decide Later feature so I wouldn’t miss sale prices. She was even there when I needed help with the website several weeks later. She was very friendly and helpful everytime we talked on the phone. I feel like I had a personal shopper! Highly recommend.
