Angela was so helpful in the process of choosing the right sofa for me. She was attentive and offered good options for me to decide on fabric selection; including putting my order on hold until I received additional swatches. I appreciated her patience and kind responses to my inquiries. I look forward to hopefully an on-time delivery and a comfy sofa to make my home feel more like a home.
Placed an order for a Winslow sectional today after a monumental investigative and due diligence period. No review left unread, no option unconsidered, and no contingency left unexplored. Working with Angela was such a fun, efficient and easy process. We needed and interested multiple couches, various styles and many choices for colors. She initially responded to me requesting sample colors and sent an email introducing herself which I found very helpful. Then when we went into the store with our 2 kiddos she was just a joy. Angela was an absolute pleasure to work with! Warm, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to my many emails filled with questions. The store itself is beautiful and the complementary swatches are such a nice size when figuring out color for your space. The optional warranty coverage and white glove delivery is simply icing on the cake. I’m so excited for my Sloan to arrive this fall, I know I’m going to love it!
