Ryan Ford is an excellent mortgage broker to work with. He takes the time in the beginning to make the mortgage process smooth. Ryan will look to get the best rate for the buyer, and does all of his own processing. He knows exactly what is going on with each loan at any time during the process. Personal, Hands-on expertise unmatched! Initially going with a large online lender nearly cost me a deal and my earnest deposit money. The large online lender was not motivated at all by the closing deadline I contracted for; and they guaranteed to meet. I switched to Intermin Capital and Ryan Ford with less than two weeks to closing, because the other lender had not even ordered my appraisal.
