I called on Wednesday to ask for a pantry. They said they'd schedule for a Friday delivery. I waited and waited until 3pm. I called and asked when it'd be delivered. The woman said," Oh we forgot you! We can get you for Wednesday!" I said, That's great! I call you for help and you forget me! I guess I have to go hungry until then!
Amazing organization with a fabulous mission! Isolation and lonliness are a real epidemic. ISC is intentional in including our Metro area seniors and making sure they're not forgotten. Not only do they provide activities of all kinds like fitness, crafts, games and classes but they also have a ride program and pantry.
