Don't understand all the bad reviews...my experience with them in the last 2 days was top notch. We have an oak pedestal table and 10 chairs purchased in Summer of 1995- now 29 years old had some use on a regular basis. One chair needed repair to a back strut. Took to their location , was welcomed by the ops manager, and the chair was repaired in a day-so well in fact- you can't tell where the problem was. Highly recommend these folks!

Their furniture is hard, but it is quite clear that the business lacks integrity. Every cross section of the organization reveals the absence of principles and values. Eat S And D
For drivers go to door 7 , they open at 7am quick and friendly.
As a furniture store owner I thought it would be good to work with a local manufacturer. Their prices are outrageous. I can get items shipped from North Carolina manufacturers for less than what we buy can buy from Intercon.
