We had a tour booked in anticipation for the arrival of our baby. When we arrived, there was no one at the desk and we didn't have access to the building. We waited 10 minutes before giving up. If this daycare can't stick to a scheduled visit and have the appropriate staffing, how can we trust them with our child?

A previous review I posted about this experience was removed. I am reposting to ensure parents have access to honest feedback when making decisions about their children’s care. Due to documented safety considerations involving my child, my son ultimately had to be removed from this daycare. Despite this context, a teacher took a picture of my infant without my consent and shared it with an unauthorized third party. Everyone here is amazing from the teachers to the directors!! Thank you all for your kindness and patience ☺️ I also love the app that the centers uses it’s very interactive and informative. I look forward to daily updates and pictures regarding my little one throughout the day.

They have the absolute best teachers. Special shout out to Candyce, Tina, Zuhey, Holly, and Portia for caring for our kiddos for years and being so kind and helping shape our 3 little ones into smart cookies! Impressed with all the engaging curriculum and everyone is so welcoming. I know there can be challenges with staff turnover, but that's really at pretty much all daycares you're gonna find. My daughter has been in this Kinder Care location since she was 9 months old. She is now 5 and about to start Kindergarten in august. All the caring teachers she had from Ms Holly , Ms Jada, Ms Tina, Ms Mikaela, Ms Candyce, Ms Tia, Ms Theresa, Ms Shavonne and her Summer program teachers. I really appreciate everything they’ve done for my Daughter.
