Horrible – There customer service representative was not responsive. I spent over $45,000 on their tile for my entire house. I have actual stone color coming off on my socks. Apparently it wasn’t sealed properly because it keeps absorbing whatever is liquid is dropped on the floor. They are doing nothing to help resolve the issue and totaling ignoring it. we believe it was not sealed correctly in Mexico, can you imagine that. I have sent numerous letters and had them come over but they are just hoping that I will go away.
Did Not Provide Full Refund for Fraudulently Described Tile – We were fraudulently sold tile as bullnose when in fact it was chair rail. When we returned the tile, the store withheld 20% of the cost as part of a restocking fee. This problem was not discovered until the contractor was setting the tile. Not only did this force me to take time off work to immediately meet with the tile contractor, I now have to work with a carpenter to implement a viable edge molding.
