No lender has been as expedient, caring, patient and as professional as Geralann Tabet and her team. Do not hesitate one moment to seek their services. We have used them on two different property mortgages in the past and will never go elsewhere.
They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they did actually get the loan done, but I feel as though they have some less than stellar business practices. Specifically, after we locked the rate they tried to tell us pricing changed. They also tried to tell us the “points” calculation to buy the rate down was based on the purchase price and not the mortgage amount (we had a significant down payment so this made a big difference).
