Loan officers are great. The whole process in getting your mortgage is smooth. But the problems crop up when you need help after the loan is issued. Customer support is absolutely unhelpful. Instead of trying to have a meaningful and helpful conversation, they will talk down to you like you don't know anything. The messaging system on their website does not work either. I have worked with Intercap for over 8 years. I work with other lenders as well, but Intercap is BY FAR the BEST of them all. Their underwriters are "in house" which is a HUGE advantage compared to other lenders that send the file to an underwriter that is somewhere other than in Utah.
