I hired Inter American Auto Transport to deliver my car. They provided me with the lowest bid. I was extremely unhappy with the company they hired to deliver my car (Express Logistics USA, Inc.) because it arrived almost a week late. Inter American Auto Transport worked with me though to help make things right. Carlos the owner also assured me he would never hire Express Logistics USA, Inc. again.

DO NOT USES THEM!!! This business is a total scam. Never contact them for auto transport. No driver ever showed on pickup/delivery day. Pretty sure the whole staff uses fake names. "Pete" is a huge liar, he gave me a phone number to our "driver" but it was just him pretending to be him. Totally scammed me out of over $400. Car was never picked up to be transported. Buyer beware

He had quoted me 400 dollars and even offered a 25 dollar discount for booking online. He called me two days before I had requested the vehicle to be picked up stating that they were ready now and that they would be at my house in 30 minutes. I agreed to it but then he changed the quote to 600 dollars. I told him that if keeping it to the original date would change the price back to 400 dollars with the discount. AWFUL! They make it seem like everything is okay and then the day comes when your car is supposed to get picked up and they stop answering your calls. The worst part is that i tried to book with another company and i could not becasue my car was still posted under their company i had to send several emails and leave many voicemails just to get them to cancel my order. I'm literally in tears wrting this review. They have no idea the impact that this can have on someone and its not right.
