Very bad experience. I dropped off my tax documents over a month before the deadline, but they still didn’t file my taxes on time. Instead, they filed an extension without properly informing me and charged extra fees. Even after that, my taxes were not completed. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place.
AMAZING!! This place is the best to get your taxes done at, everyone is super friendly and quick! Eva helped me out and she knows what she's doing! Highly recommend this place to anyone trying to get their taxes done!
