They have been working on an open ticket regarding a mobile app glitch that has cost me $500 since September 2020. Still no resolution. I have spoken to at least 6 different people. Nobody will give me their number for a direct call back(intentionally) so I have to wait in the que for 20 to 60 minutes to try and get back to the last person I spoke to!!!!?

You always have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours to talk to a rep, which is also the only way you find out if there is an issue with your account. They do not inform you if there's an issue. They also don't respond by any other method besides calling and waiting on hold - no messages or emails. Extremely unprofessional and will be closing my account.
