Absolutely horrible company. I’m going to petition to our school to stop using them. They chose the WORST photo to send me prints of. Later I find out that they actually had a photo of my child smiling. WHY would they have chosen the bad one to send as all the prints when I had pre paid?? Terrible

Lost one of my child's pictures like several of the other reviews state. I don't understand how you lose a picture, makes me worry about what they are doing with our kids pictures. Why schools continue to use them I don't understand. I asked for a discount on my other child's picture for the inconvenience of losing 1 kids photos and was told I don't know if we can give you one have to contact the area's office. Lost my child’s picture for the 3rd time!!! Don’t recommend!!! Never again! Customer service can’t seem to provide a tracking worse company ever would be surprised what they’re doing with these kids pictures 👎🏽

Do not pay for the school pictures they're not worth it they don't give you any options and my son literally is making a straight face 😐(his face looks like someone shot his dog in front of him held a gun to his head and said smile.) which I never seen him make before he literally smiles all the time and you didn't send on of him smiling I will never pay for school photos again not worth it.
