I got pictures of my kiddos this year and none of the pins and codes work for three separate kids. I have emailed three or four separate times on the issue but no one gets back on it to resolve. So for the second year in a row this company has taken almost a $100 from us and not resolved issues that have arose effectively not giving us our pictures. They are the company our school uses but I can't seem to get the digital photos to work this year or last. With no response or help from the company I have been pushed to review.

I'm extremely irritated that I cannot talk to someone. We order both my daughters fall photos from school. Two checks written and only one child received photos. My other received its not to late order now sheet. Both checks were processed on the 9th and yet we still only have one set of pictures. update pt3: after YEARS of communicating I still never got a refund or pictures. This is the only year I am missing of my daughters school photos. They had so many issues that the school fired them and use Parker Portraits now. They have been So much better! Update pt2: new manager said he would fill my order.
