I'm extremely irritated that I cannot talk to someone. We order both my daughters fall photos from school. Two checks written and only one child received photos. My other received its not to late order now sheet. Both checks were processed on the 9th and yet we still only have one set of pictures. update pt3: after YEARS of communicating I still never got a refund or pictures. This is the only year I am missing of my daughters school photos. They had so many issues that the school fired them and use Parker Portraits now. They have been So much better! Update pt2: new manager said he would fill my order. I’ve been communicating with them for a year now. Still NO pictures. I would give them negative stars if I could. This has been an absolutely horrible company to work with.
