AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! They charge me twice the rental even if quite clear to see that same amount 2 times same day, ask me to send email they will take 30 day to reply if they will reply. Customer service are rude and dont give a D.... I raise case with my bank that will be faster to get money back, as well they push big time for you to buy full insuranre even if you got on your rental with intermedarie like autoeurope, saying that will take 1500euros for small scratch bla bla bla.... never again will rent with this company ... read more

Ya tenía todo pagado y se inventaron que mi licencia de Uk no era válida pero que si pagaba el el seguro con ellos si era validad. La atención fue malísima y lo único q le importaba ala chica que me atendió era vender el seguro. No recomiendo esta compañía de alquiler.
