Don’t waste your time. I came on Saturday at 10:15 AM, intending to purchase a prenatal massage gift certificate for my wife. I waited for 10 minutes, knocked on the door, and rang the bell, but no one answered. I also tried calling the phone number listed in the window, but no one picked up. Being able to reach a service provider is part of good customer service, and in this case, that part was handled very poorly.

I had my first massage at Intentions with Juliet this morning and it was fantastic. The space is super cozy and inviting (super cool fantasy / enchanted forest kinda vibe) and I was loving it. Juliet listened to all of my goals for the session and delivered the most perfect, relaxing, and wonderful experience. I will absolutely be back! :)
