I’ve had several massages with Kasra, and every experience has been fantastic. He is professional, attentive, and takes the time to understand what areas need the most attention. This is one of the worst experiences I have had in my life. I dropped my spouse at this clinic, and I was waiting in the car for 5 to 10 minutes until she finished her treatment because she was sick. I wanted to go to the washroom, so I rang the bell and asked for the washroom code so I could get to the washroom. They refused to give me the code, even though I told them my spouse's name and the appointment she was at, which I had just dropped her at. I told them I have diabetes, but they said they don't care.
