This is one of the worst experiences I have had in my life. I dropped my spouse at this clinic, and I was waiting in the car for 5 to 10 minutes until she finished her treatment because she was sick. I wanted to go to the washroom, so I rang the bell and asked for the washroom code so I could get to the washroom. They refused to give me the code, even though I told them my spouse's name and the appointment she was at, which I had just dropped her at. I told them I have diabetes, but they said they don't care.
