0 Stars – Extremely Disappointing Experience If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. On Saturday, July 5th, 2025, at around 3:20 PM, I had an upsetting experience with a staff member who identified herself as Natalie (the only female employee on shift at the time). Her attitude was shockingly rude and unhelpful. A customer ahead of me paid for a game card using Apple Pay, but the machine clearly malfunctioned. I had my first date there with my current girlfriend of 11 months. It was amazing, we both had a lot of fun playing basketball and other games, it’s a magical memory and I’ll always treasure it. We used some tickets to buy a lolipop and she kept the card, it’s probably expired now but it’s gonna be kept and treasured as a token of our first date. Really recommend for dates or just to hangout with friends. Nice service and atmosphere, 10/10.

I went there and it was amazing its my childhood arcade, but I hate it now due to it being more expensive and like timezone like I used to love the token system.
