Terrible to NO customer service here. I try to reach out 3 times for a simple return request and there is absolutely no reaction. Email is the only way to reach out. Now the time for a return is running out. Do I really be forced to keep a shirt for $ 147 that I can't use??

I purchased an ultima bra on the recommendation of my physical therapist. It was quite costly for an item I do not see making a difference. I reached out to customer service but have not been contacted about my concerns. They have a size guide which I followed but the shoulders don’t stay out which results in the front bowing out. Would not recommend this product.

I can recommend this product as a must if your experiencing Upper back pain. I had lower scapular pain near my spine after working 12 hour shifts as a nurse. I've tried chiropractors, physical therapy, yoga and various strengthening modalities. I was skeptical because of the price but after using this for the past three months it has changed my life. I would give a -one star if available. Customer service is negligible, a general disinterest in the customer. The two items I purchased were ordered in the size I always order and they were so off normal small spec that it was impossible to even try them on! When returned for next size up I was told they were on sale & non returnable OR EXCHANGEABLE. This detail was apparently the last line on the product detail page, Really?!! This bra supports my posture all day & works muscles I haven't activated in years. Improving my posture is invaluable considering my daily activities are constantly encouraging me to slump my shoulders (driving, desk job, being a student, etc). I feel so much more vitality and energy using this product. I highly recommend it!
