I’ve used Intelligent Finance for my initial mortgage, followed by remortgaging several years ago where they once again got me a great deal with a different bank. With the rise in interest rates, I asked if they could arrange a discount from my bank and they managed to negotiate an excellent rate for these tough times. They did this in a timely manor and with no cost or extra time from myself. Thank you again!!!! I would highly recommend these guys!!!

Getting finance is a pain, but i found the team at IF to be amazing. sure its still not fun, but they take all the stress out of it. the fact that i have a BIG team in the background working tirelessly to get my finance across the line was incredibly reassuring. We will never use anyone else.
