I needed help with 2018-2022 taxes. Humberto did a fantastic job. I reached out a week before Christmas. Humberto met with me in person for a consultation 1st. Once Humberto received our money he became EXTREMELY hard to reach. Sometimes taking weeks to return calls or texts. If you want good, prompt communication I suggest looking elsewhere. We paid to dissolve two corporations about two years ago. He only dissolved one. We continue to get bills from IRS while Humberto continues to say he doesn’t know why the corp didn’t dissolve like we paid him to do. So I have had tax issues haunting me for years …looking back because of CPA’s and tax preparers like this guy … Humberto said he could fix my tax issues file my tax returns and negotiate a deal With the irs to fix my issues … so he said he would charge me $1500 …750 upfront and $ 750 upon completion so he pulls my transcripts actually I do and email them to him … he then after several weeks says he has completed them …. Do not go here for any advice. I reached out to Araceli for services she offered and after taking my tax and check stubs she lied on an application. She lied in my income. DO Not go here!
If I could put a 0 stars I would, I never write reviews and this is the first bad one I have ever had to write but this cannot be let go. Homberto is the worst CPA we have ever used he strung us along the entire time saying he will file them next week then the next week... He made us do all the work, didn’t help us with anything and We paid him almost $1,000 dollars up front and he has still not completed our taxes from 2020.
