Cancelled within 15 minutes of pickup. Now my mom has to miss one of her few opportunities at a family outing. What if this was a doctors appointment? And they didn’t even try to help. Horrible service.

Flawless, professional service. The dispatch team always answers the phone. No wait times or aggravating auto attendant/voice jail systems. Van equipment is clean and well maintained. Drivers courteous, on-point. Thank you for taking care of Mom today. I will be using this service again.

I waited 2 hours after my chemo to get picked up. I suggest you go with Lyft or other company that respect your time.
