I originally had a poor experience, but their attorney explained the reason for the lack of follow up, took responsibility for any failures that occurred and delivered high quality service afterwards. Very much appreciate the hard work, thoughtfulness in solutions and follow ups.
I could cry of happiness, my experience was amazing!! So let me give a little back story. My 86-year-old great aunt is all but bedridden and just lost her leg (below the knee).
