Awful and dishonest. When covid affects us all, Afton finds a way to make families suffer more. Disgusting and abusive practitioner of the law. This law firm is just mean. They don’t even try to present any semblance of truth nor pursue solutions that will make any side feel good. There are multiple reasons I’m helping refer Afton Hayes to the washington state bar but your style of law is basically to insult and lie and then hide if you think it’s going down. Well; it’s about to go down. This place is straight dishonest.
My personal experience with Afton Ekemo Hayes was and still is a disappointment. She uses unethical tactics, tolerates bad behavior from her client ( My Ex), files unfair motions relentlessly; regardless if you have both hands tied behind your back— her billable hours mean more to her than family. I recommend A Collaborative Law Firm/Group to represent your family during an emotional separation. Afton created wounds, pierced hearts and left scars to my children due to her $325 x/hr. Dishonest and unprofessional.
