December 2024 Update - Integrity is still the best mortgage broker in town (and possibly everywhere). Brandon is my go to. We have now closed four mortgages with Brandon and Integrity and all transactions went smoothly and closed on-time. Very bad communication from the local loan processor and loan processor in Colorado. We had already done a walkthrough for our new home and I had already gotten insurance on it only to get a call on my cell A WEEK AFTER THEY BOTH SAID I WAS APPROVED that I WAS NO LONGER. The supplemental credit check was done WAY AFTER ALL OF THE ABOVE AND NO ONE THOUGHT IT WOULD BE IMPORTANT TO ASK THE APPROPRIATE QUESTIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
