Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great people to do business with. I am a member of a different credit union through my work but live here. They have been terrific.
As a shared branch member I expect similar service as what I get at our "home" credit union. At Integrity there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to how the rules are applied to share branch members. Sometimes there are fees, other times not for the same service. Money might or might not be put on a hold, and nobody seems to know for how long or under what circumstances. We are permanently settled here and we're in the process of choosing a new credit union.
