Per the reply from the estate sale people, I am revising my review. The point was not about the layout of homes, but the lack of care from staff. Offering people a way to carry the items that they want to purchase has to be a win/win for both the customer and the company/property owner who is having the sale. I mean it isn't like I can bring my own bags as most do not allow purses and I understand why. Another estate company offers white plastic tote bags that have handles.
