The Monument branch has steadily gone downhill, especially when it comes to customer service. Today's experience was particularly disappointing. I brought my son in to open a new account, but we were told they were "too busy" to help us. I've been a customer for nearly 20 years, and experiences like this have me considering taking my business elsewhere. I expect better service from a bank that values long-term customers.
We have banked here for about a decade. They have a personal approach that makes you feel like you matter. They know you and are able to help you with whatever your banking needs are. I really like the Monument branch. The manager Ms. Adams is very professional and responsive to inquiries I have had. Definitively recommend banking with them!
It is nice to be known in our bank. When we walk in or drive up they often address me by name and ask about my kids. The tellers are friendly and knowledgeable. If they cannot give me an answer right away I will get a call or email later the same day with the answer.
Don’t even attempt this branch. Honestly I save more time going to the opposite end of town to a different branch than trying to deal with anyone here. The manager is non existent and trying to get anything done takes way too long. It’s like it’s their goal to avoid customers.
