The customer service is outstanding! I will not argue that. However, I have currently lost my bank card and I was first told it should arrive 3-5 business days. I believed that because It's not like it's being mailed from Delaware or somewhere outside of Texas. It is now day 6 and I have yet to receive it. I find this current situation and it is my fault for losing the card in the first place, I just didn't think it would take this long to have it mailed out to me.
