Ayelet is a wonderful teacher who really takes the time to make sure you learn a more healthy (and delicious) way to live. The recipes are easy and she was very patient with all of my questions. Her recipes have been a hit at our friends' parties (would have posted pictures, but the food was eaten up too quickly!) Thank you so much!
