Donna was so welcoming that I felt comfortable the minute I arrived. She provided so much knowledge while also helping my body completely release so much that I’ve been carrying. I will recommend her to everyone I know. I will be a regular!
Donna is an absolutely amazing therapist. Three years following my frozen shoulder diagnosis accompanied by A LOT of physical therapy and prescribed massage, my shoulder was still consumed in pain, that eventually got to the point of going into my neck and out through my eye as a constant headache, followed by tingling going in the opposite arm down into my thumb and first two fingers. I’ve booked a post surgery lymphatic drainage massage with Donna at Integrative Therapy twice now. Before the massage I was feeling swollen, tight, and uncomfortable. The lymphatic drainage massage was very helpful to feeling better after surgery and speeding up my recovery. Donna explained every step clearly and used a gentle, precise technique.
