I have been so blessed to be treated by Amy at Integrative Therapy and Wellness for several years now for my various autoimmune disorders. I visit several times a month for treatments such as stemwave for shoulder and knee issues, PEMF mat, microcurrent point stimulation and Vegas nerve stimulation. I have seen such a remarkable difference in my levels of inflammation. I would never want to remove this from my health regimen.

Finally found a solution to my golfers elbow. Amy is very professional and gets to the root of the problem. She utilized stem wave to heal what months of stretching, exercises, and icing did not touch. I highly recommend Integrative Therapy and Wellness.

I am so thankful I have had the opportunity to benefit from Amy's knowledge! Amy has worked with me over the last few months to improve my gut health, liver function, and to reduce inflammation in my body. Her knowledge of biochemistry is impressive, but more than that, she listens, and her recommendations have been evidence-based. My aches and pains from inflammation have greatly improved by following her suggestions, and my overall wellness is definitely better.

I highly recommend Integrative Therapy and Wellness. The stem wave therapy has taken me from months of battling sciatica and dreading sitting or sleeping to being pain free for 3 months. Amy is knowledgeable and takes time to listen to you and your goals. For 2 years I was dreading working out and went from 2 days of working out to 4-5 days!!!
