Truly amazing I attended a sacred ceremony for the first time signing up last minute on a whim. I'm so glad I did that because my mood and mindset did a complete 180 degree shift from being habitually stressed and anxious to complete relaxation and total reset. I attended a 3 hour cacao ceremony which included breath work, spiritual guidance, and sound healing. What an amazing experience! I felt connected to everyone and everything! Jaya knows how to hold the space in a loving and caring way to allow you to take a journey beyond the thinking mind. I feel lucky to have found her and look forward to attending future retreats / workshops with her.
