Truly amazing I attended a sacred ceremony for the first time signing up last minute on a whim. I'm so glad I did that because my mood and mindset did a complete 180 degree shift from being habitually stressed and anxious to complete relaxation and total reset. It inspired me to find ways of bringing that to my daily life and not just during a ceremony. We experienced a unique blend of cacao, hape, and sound bath healing.
