I ruptured the supraspinatus tendon of my rotator cuff. Because of the time interval involved since the injury, I elected not to have surgery but to get physical therapy. I have been a patient of Dr. John’s for a number of years. To put it mildly, he accomplishes what other PT practitioners fail to achieve. I am a very active senior who brings all sorts of challenges to John. These include rotator cuff tears, a hip issue and disc problems. In each situation, he has given me lasting relief in a way that other PT practices were simply unable to do. John is a miracle worker in my opinion and we are ever so lucky to have him in Wellington.

I want to give a big "thumbs up" to Ian Scott with whom I worked at the Ft. Collins location, but who will soon be working at Fitness 1 in Wellington. I felt Ian's earnestness in getting me well, and he was both kind and a master teacher. Over the last 5 years, I have had 3 occasions to use PT, and this experience was by far the best. I can’t say enough about Dr. Kummrow and Jen. Their knowledge is above and beyond anyone else I’ve ever been to, on top of their willingness to take the time to fully explain what’s going on & what needs to be done to address each individual issue you may have. They’ve worked on every single person in my family, including my 13 year old son.
