Dr.Williams is an amazing physician! She listened to what pain I was having in my back and the low energy I was facing daily. She checked in to see how I was doing while we figured out the best approach to target the concerned areas. The receptionist was quick, helpful and friendly. Recommend 100%. Yes it can be expensive but well worth every penny spent!
I cannot recommend Dr. Jessica Ying Williams at Integrative Personal Medicine enough. Over the past few months, she has helped me tremendously with chronic back pain, low energy, weight management, plantar fasciitis, bilateral bunions, mood, and persistent migraines. She has been incredibly persistent and dedicated—constantly checking in, adjusting my care plan, and truly listening to my concerns. Terrible service. A guy named Jerry yells into the phone. They don't care what service you need, just that you pay in cash, even though they claim to offer debit, credit, and check payments. Tax evasion? Dr. Williams doesn't know what she's doing. She just wants to sell potentially dangerous Chinese herbs for people with high blood pressure at exorbitant prices. If you refuse treatment, Jerry will insult you.
Jerry is rude and only looking to cheat customers to get more money. If you are Latino, he will treat you as if you were ignorant, he will insult you when he realizes that you are not ignorant. He wanted to vaccinate me with three doses of tetanus vaccine and other vaccines that I don't need because I already have them. He asked me for a cash payment of $590. He was rude when I didn't accept and I asked him under HIPAA and Pennsylvania law to give me a copy of my medical records. He didn't give me my medical records and blat... read more
