Received the best massage of my life here! Alicia is highly skilled. I lift weights a lot and am also often seated – Alicia's massage really broke down knots and stiff muscles, improving my movement and overall well-being. She has great pressure, targets specific anatomy very well, and employs tools to great effect. Highly therapeutic and will return regularly.
Where do I start! The whole experience is superb - Alicia takes great care to understand the aches and pains to provide a custom approach to each patient. This is not your typical massage but is truly a medicinal massage. I have seen Alicia several times and with each careless injury, she pays attention to help nurse me stronger even if I am wincing while she carefully works through my knots. I highly recommend Alicia!!
