Sharla is an amazing massage therapist. She has a lot of knowledge about the body and I always feel much better after sessions. She uses various techniques to address concerns and has helped resolve some physical complaints with me.
I have seeing Charla for several years now. I drive 1 hour 15 minutes to see her at least twice a month. Her therapeutic massage has done so much to heal my shoulder and keep it painfree and flexible. She added lymphatic massage which I can also recommend. I have a benign tumor of the parotid gland and it seems to impede the lymph drainage in that area. Charla's lymph work great alleviates that issue. I have been going to Charla in Asheville for a very long time and am so sad that she has decided to close that office. Her 90 minute massages were incredibly therapeutic, relaxing and helpful. All I had to do was point to a problem area and she would immediately analyze the issue and illustrate the source on her posted chart. She tried to meet every single need that required additional materials or adjustments. I will miss her so much!!!!
Best massage I've ever had! Would highly recommend Charla and look forward to going back next month!
