I have been attending Sadhana’s restorative yoga class for over 5 years and have found this class to be an essential part of my self care practise. Sadhana is a very skilled, knowledgeable, intuitive and gifted teacher deeply steeped in the various aspects of yoga and brings this to life in every class she teaches. I feel very privileged to practise yoga with Sadhana and am grateful for her healing offerings.
I came to see Sadhana for reiki. She did an AMAZING job with me in helping me calm my mind and come to a place of relaxation and peace within.
