Both Kim and Elizabeth are outstanding practitioners and people! I have been going to Kim since 2012 and Elizabeth since she became an accupuncturist. I am so thankful for their dedication to their clients and their fabulous treatments!

I've seen Elizabeth for acupuncture for the past 3 years and she's always been effective at helping me manage stress and tension. The environment is always relaxing; it feels like being in a spa, and I look forward to it every time. I also love IHI's products, especially the vanilla face scrub, which I've recommended to many friends and family. I also really like the seasonal allergy formula and mist sprays (Palo Santo, Restful Sleep, and Stress Management are my favorites).
