Past life regression therapy opened up a world I've never known, or expected, and was a great experience. As a history enthusiast I've studied the history of numerous places in the world and to be in a place that was of absolutely no interest to me at any time in my life was fascinating. I still feel that way about that part of the world. BTW- I wasn't anyone special, lol. Practice meditation, listen to the recordings prior, it will help you. Carolyn is wonderful :)
