They are true to their name in being inclusive of LGBTQ+ identities and to POC but they are not always great with billing or working with people in financial difficulty. I have gone here since 2015 and have been fully insured the entire time - received a few scary bills that were issued in error but I was told wrongfully by my old therapist that if my insurance didn’t cover it “I would be responsible.” Not great for my anxiety or mental wellbeing! I've been to another therapy group in the area... Huge mistake. I'm on the waiting list for this group again because they're the best in the area.
We have worked with a number of people at IEG and they are without fail open, accepting, and good at what they do.
