On arriving at the Integrative Bodyworks rooms, I was immediately taken with the aura and feeling of the place. A welcoming almost zen like feel with the warmth of rooms filled with loving character. Shaan is not a physiotherapist, a masseur nor a chiropractor. She is a professional that has a phenomenal understanding of the body and how all its part are supposed to work together. I have recommended a visit to Shaan to all my friends in need of help to keep their bodies functioning properly.
