Sarah is so sweet and genuine. I feel very comfortable coming to her office. The staff is also very friendly. The office is very clean and smells wonderful. I definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for an amazing health care provider and experience. ☺️

The quality of care I have received at integrated body and mind is above and beyond. My concerns are heard and there is open and honest discussion of options. Prices for services are affordable and the program Sarah is creating for the community within the practice is worth the money. I would recommend Sarah and the practice to anyone needing care that isn't rushed with each appointment and for those who can't wait 30+ days to be seen.
This is how ALL health care providers should operate. The philosophy used here would dramatically bring down health care costs for everyone if it caught on nation wide. While Sarah does reactive health care (like treats you for sinus infections, colds, etc...), her specialty seems to be preventive maintenance care. In other words, she wants to work with you to prevent health issues and reinforce your body's own ability to fight off possible future illness.
