Excellent service from all staff. Facility is very clean. They are helpful and accommodating when you have a particular issue and need to be seen.
I booked a facial and message. When I asked the lady doing my facial what I can do to help my skin at home she only told me options about booking more services next time. Didn’t recommend any product. When I got to the message I kept having to tell him not so hard. I did not book a deep tissue massage and that’s all I got. He also lost track of time and when I flipped over on my back the timer went off and he said “okay all done “ I spent over $200 just for them to tell me to book more services or sign up for a membership
Greeting staff was pleasant and helped me to find something for my skin. And Joey was excellent!! I felt extremely relaxed after my session.
First time here and Kim was AMAZING. They were very polite and professional. I would highly recommend. Thank you for the much needed therapy! I will see you next time!
