Jane & Melissa are outstanding. “Conventional” PT never worked for my chronic back pain and spasms. Just two sessions in at Integration the spasms were gone and with all the exercises they taught me my back pain has been thoroughly managed. Their postural restoration approach has greatly improved my quality of life! Many thanks to Integration for getting me back to the activities I love.
Jane has drastically changed my quality of life. I would absolutely recommend Jane and Melissa they are so good at what they do and not only do they help you with what your in for whether you are in pain or your in recovery from a surgery they do everything possible to make you comfortable, prevent any injuries that could happen in the future by giving things you can do all the time, and they correct you posture, walking, and running form. My experience with them was by far the best!
