A well run fitness class for seniors. The instructors are well qualified and pleasant in nature. We are encouraged to keep our bodies in good shape, and it is an hour of stimulating activity.
I had bilateral knee replacement done. 6 months later I was still on 2 walking sticks. Joined Muswellbrook IL & within 4 months I was walking with no sticks & very agile. That was 4 years ago, since then I have had other surgeries but always come back to my classes after. They have been a life changer. The equipment is programmed to your current needs & the staff are both knowledgeable & caring. I can never imagine not being a part of the Integrated Living family. Thank you so very much.
